Housing Developments
Delivering high-quality, sustainable housing developments across Yorkshire and the North West.
Termrim Construction is a specialist in the housing sector, with extensive experience delivering high-quality, sustainable, new-build housing and apartment developments across Yorkshire and the North West.
Many of our projects are procured through frameworks such as Efficiency North and JV North, alongside direct partnerships with clients including Yorkshire Housing, South Yorkshire Housing Association, and ONGO Homes. Our collaborative approach, commitment to problem-solving, and focus on quality have earned repeat business and long-standing client relationships.
Our schemes range in value from £2 million to over £25 million, with recent experience delivering developments of up to 120 units. Delivered on a design-and-build basis, we act as a trusted partner, working closely with clients throughout the design stage to ensure requirements are met with precision. Many schemes are registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, achieving excellent scores for our approach to community engagement, environmental protection, and health, safety, and wellbeing.
Termrim is dedicated to creating homes that are thoughtfully designed, built to high standards, and provide lasting value for residents and communities, while promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.

“These homes look fantastic inside and out, and they bring a new, fresh look to the area. They reinforce our promise to not only build new, much needed homes, but also to improve and reinvest in our communities.”
