Project Update: Moor Lane, Menston

We're delighted to share that all 50 homes at St Andrews Grange, Armley are now complete, with every family moved in!
The £8.8m development transforms the former Tower Works factory site off Moorfield Road into 27 houses and 23 apartments for affordable and social rent, delivered for Yorkshire Housing through the Procurement Hub Development Contractors Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), with funding support from Leeds City Council and Homes England.

Termrim Construction Appointed to JV North 2025–2029 Framework
We're delighted to confirm our appointment to Lot 3 (projects over £12 million) of the JV North Contractors' Framework 2025–2029!
This latest appointment builds on our long-standing involvement with the consortium, recognising our capability to deliver major housing schemes in partnership with Registered Providers across the North West. The framework, valued at around £500 million, will help deliver approximately 3,000 new homes over the next four years, forming a key part of JV North's collective effort to increase the supply of high-quality, affordable housing across the region.
New Project Award: Rawsons Wood, Sowerby Bridge
Termrim is proud to have broken ground this month on Rawsons Wood — a 30-home affordable housing scheme for Together Housing Group, delivered as part of the Calderdale Together Investment Partnership (CTHIP). The site was previously home to an extra care scheme, demolished back in 2018, and its regeneration marks a significant milestone for the area.
