45/45 CCS Scores at Rawsons Wood and Moor Lane

We’re delighted to share that both our Rawsons Wood, Sowerby Bridge and Moor Lane, Menston developments have achieved an outstanding 45/45 in their recent Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) assessments.

Delivered through the Efficiency North Framework for Together Housing Group and Yorkshire Housing, these scores reflect exceptional performance across all areas of the CCS Code of Considerate Practice, including Respecting the Community, Protecting the Environment and Caring for the Workforce.

Achieving full marks is a fantastic accomplishment and demonstrates the commitment of our site teams, supply chain partners and project stakeholders to delivering high-quality developments while maintaining the highest standards of considerate construction.
