Handovers Progressing at Hart Street, Newsome

It’s great to see handovers now progressing at our Hart Street development in Newsome, Huddersfield, delivered for Yorkshire Housing through the Innovation Chain North (ICN) Framework.

The scheme will provide 22 affordable homes, including a mix of two- and three-bedroom houses, helping to deliver high-quality housing for the local community.

Our team has worked closely with Yorkshire Housing and our supply chain partners throughout the project to bring the development through its final stages. As homes are prepared for residents, it is rewarding to see the scheme taking shape and nearing completion.
