Project Recovery & Completion

Projects don’t always go to plan. Contractor insolvency, programme delays and design issues can leave schemes stalled, partially complete and exposed to further risk.

Termrim has experience in taking over and completing projects affected by contractor insolvency or performance issues, working with clients and project teams to stabilise sites and bring developments through to completion.

Our approach focuses on establishing control of programme, design and compliance, progressing works through a structured and coordinated delivery process.
