Project Update: Moor Lane, Menston

Our Moor Lane development in Menston is moving into its final stages, with around 80 of the 113 new homes now handed over to Yorkshire Housing and further handovers continuing across the remaining plots.

The development includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, with traditional stone and brick finishes across the new streets.

Delivered through Efficiency North framework, the project is due for final completion in October 2026.
