Leeds Beckett University student's visit our Sugar Hill site
Last week, Termrim Construction, in partnership with Leeds Federated Housing Association, had the pleasure of hosting 20 students from Leeds Beckett University at our Sugar Hill Close Development in Oulton, procured through the Efficency North framework.

Brick Donation to the EN:Able Futures NHBC Humber Construction Hub
Termrim have recently donated 18 pallets of new bricks from our Filey site to the EN:Able Futures NHBC Humber Construction Hub.
Launched in October 2023, the hub aims to provide 767 training opportunities and full-time employment for 291 people in deprived communities in the Humber region.

Fundraising for Levi's Star Childrens Brain Tumour Charity
Termrim Construction recently held a fundraising day for local charity, Levi’s Star, based just a mile away from our ongoing St Swithin's development. We are pleased to have raised over £250 for the charity!

Today our Construction Manager, Gerry Doherty, and Apprentice Site Manager, Liam Mansbridge visited Filey Lifeboat Station to provide a £250 donation to the charity.

15,000 bricks donated to help boost green skills for construction workers
Last week, our site teams at Mill Meadows, Filey and Lady Edith's, Scarborough donated 24 packs of Priory Red facing bricks to the Construction Skills Village, equating to a total of almost 15,000 bricks.
