Termrim Construction has been appointed by Great Places Housing Group to its Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework of contractors and consultants for the next 4 years.

The £1.5 billion framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ affordable development programme but also other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.

Termrim Construction are delighted to have been appointed to the latest EN:Procure New Build Housing Framework under Lot 2 (8-45 Units), Lot 3 (30-100 Units) and Lot 4 (70 Units and over).

Termrim Construction are delighted to have been appointed to the latest Cutting Edge Framework following success in both Lot Two, Greater Manchester and Lot Five, Yorkshire and the Humber, with project values up to £5.5m.

Termrim Construction are pleased to announce that Homes England, the Government’s housing delivery agency, has included Termrim as an approved contractor/developer on their new Delivery Partner DPS, which has an anticipated value of over £20 billion.

Termrim Construction’s regional housing delivery presence has been further strengthened with inclusion on the new £560 million JV North contractors 2021-2025 Framework. The Framework is anticipated to deliver 4000 new homes across the North West of England, over the next four years. This will expand Termrim Construction's client base in the North West Region.
