We're delighted to confirm our appointment to Lot 3 (projects over £12 million) of the JV North Contractors' Framework 2025–2029!

This latest appointment builds on our long-standing involvement with the consortium, recognising our capability to deliver major housing schemes in partnership with Registered Providers across the North West. The framework, valued at around £500 million, will help deliver approximately 3,000 new homes over the next four years, forming a key part of JV North's collective effort to increase the supply of high-quality, affordable housing across the region.

Termrim Construction has been appointed by Great Places Housing Group to its Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework of contractors and consultants for the next 4 years.

The £1.5 billion framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ affordable development programme but also other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.

Termrim Construction are pleased to announce that Homes England, the Government’s housing delivery agency, has included Termrim as an approved contractor/developer on their new Delivery Partner DPS, which has an anticipated value of over £20 billion.

The Framework is anticipated to deliver 4000 new homes across the North West of England, over the next four years. This will expand Termrim Construction's client base in the North West Region.
