Aldham House Lane, Barnsley

In March 2016, Termrim Construction successfully completed our first project for Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association. The £2.2 million design and build project delivered 25 affordable rented homes at Aldham House Lane in Wombwell, Barnsley.

The development consists of 20 one- and two-bedroom bungalows and five two-bedroom houses, all built to Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. These high standards help reduce running costs and lower carbon emissions, providing long-term benefits for residents.

Our adapted bungalows were specifically designed to support residents with mobility challenges, both now and in the future. Features include full wet rooms and thoughtful accessibility enhancements, ensuring a practical and comfortable living environment.
