Trigot Court, Wakefield

In March 2018, Termrim Construction completed our first housing project for Wakefield District Housing (WDH), transforming a derelict brownfield site into a vibrant development of 20 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership.

Procured through the Efficiency North Framework and secured via open tender, the JCT (2011) Design & Build contract delivered six 3-bed houses, eight 2-bed houses, and six 2-bed bungalows.

Self Architects served as the novated architects for the scheme.
