Dyche Drive, Sheffield

Termrim successfully delivered a £3.2 million design and build project, constructing 42 modern one- and two-bedroom homes for South Yorkshire Housing Association at Dyche Drive in the Jordanthorpe area of Sheffield.

The new homes were built on a brownfield site previously owned by the local authority, transforming the area into a thriving residential community. The project was completed in June 2016.
