West Street, Scunthorpe

In August 2020 Termrim Construction successfully completed and handed over our first ever contract for ONGO Developments in West Street, Scunthorpe.

Termrim transformed the derelict brownfield site into a new housing scheme, with twenty-two new homes offering new residents a choice of two and three bedroom houses for rent by ONGO.

Working with the clients novated Architects BSB, the new homes followed a fresh and modern design with high pitched roofs, a combination of facing brick / rendered external walls, grey windows and external doors and inbuilt car ports.

The design of the buildings included a range of sustainable features including PIR sensors to the external lights, and a number of plots including ‘WallPod Ready’ external 13 amp vehicle charging sockets.
