Termrim Construction Limited are an award-winning, privately owned main contractor specialising in new build developments in the housing and care sectors up to £25m in value. Founded in 1976 and with over forty-five years' experience, we have a track record of successfully delivering multimillion-pound design and build projects to high standards, on time and within our clients budgets.

  • Colliers Park, Sugar Hill

    Termrim Construction are currently on site delivering this development of 70 new homes, procured through the Efficency North Framework. The project, expected to complete in 2026, is being delivered through a JCT Design and Build Contract.

    Termrim Construction is currently on-site delivering the St Andrews Grange Development in Armley for Yorkshire Housing. Secured through the Procurement Hub Development Contractors Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), this scheme will provide 27 homes with one to four bedrooms and 23 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
