Project Update: Mill Meadows, Filey
The new public open space at our Mill Meadows Development in Filey for Beyond Housing is nearly ready for residents and the local community to enjoy.
This will provide new landscaped areas, footpaths and ponds across over 8 acres of land.

Termrim is proud to have sponsored Yorkshire Housing’s coastal walk, which, in total, raised over £7,300 for Zarach, a national charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and families living in poverty.
Project Update: Armley, Leeds
The sun is shining on our project of 50 new homes for Yorkshire Housing in Armley. The 23 new apartments are now at first floor level, while the 27 additional homes are progressing with a mix of construction at the roof and foundation levels.

Project Update: Moor Lane, Menston
Our Moor Lane, Menston Development for Yorkshire Housing is progressing well with some plots now at roof level. Foundations and brickwork for the 113 new homes are ongoing, along with works to the pumping station, roads and services.

New Framework Award: Innovation Chain North (ICN) Framework
Termrim Construction has been appointed by Great Places Housing Group to its Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework of contractors and consultants for the next 4 years.
The £1.5 billion framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ affordable development programme but also other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.
Brick Donation to the EN:Able Futures NHBC Humber Construction Hub
Termrim have recently donated 18 pallets of new bricks from our Filey site to the EN:Able Futures NHBC Humber Construction Hub.
Launched in October 2023, the hub aims to provide 767 training opportunities and full-time employment for 291 people in deprived communities in the Humber region.

Termrim Construction are delighted to have been appointed to the latest EN:Procure New Build Housing Framework under Lot 2 (8-45 Units), Lot 3 (30-100 Units) and Lot 4 (70 Units and over).

Termrim Construction has recently been appointed to deliver the redevelopment of Sugar Hill Close and Wordsworth Drive for Leeds Federated as part of the Efficiency North framework.
New Contract Award: Armley, Leeds
Termrim Construction have recently been appointed to deliver a new housing scheme in Leeds for Yorkshire Housing. The new development will provide a mix of 27 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes and 23 one- and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent.
