The new public open space at our Mill Meadows Development in Filey for Beyond Housing is nearly ready for residents and the local community to enjoy.

This will provide new landscaped areas, footpaths and ponds across over 8 acres of land. 

This is the final area due to complete, with 113 new homes all now handed over to Beyond Housing for open market sale!
