New Framework Award: Innovation Chain North (ICN) Framework
Termrim Construction has been appointed by Great Places Housing Group to its Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework of contractors and consultants for the next 4 years.
The £1.5 billion framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ affordable development programme but also other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.
Brick Donation to the EN:Able Futures NHBC Humber Construction Hub
Termrim have recently donated 18 pallets of new bricks from our Filey site to the EN:Able Futures NHBC Humber Construction Hub.
Launched in October 2023, the hub aims to provide 767 training opportunities and full-time employment for 291 people in deprived communities in the Humber region.

Termrim Construction has recently been appointed to deliver the redevelopment of Sugar Hill Close and Wordsworth Drive for Leeds Federated as part of the Efficiency North framework.
New Contract Award: Armley, Leeds
Termrim Construction have recently been appointed to deliver a new housing scheme in Leeds for Yorkshire Housing. The new development will provide a mix of 27 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes and 23 one- and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent.
Fundraising for Levi's Star Childrens Brain Tumour Charity
Termrim Construction recently held a fundraising day for local charity, Levi’s Star, based just a mile away from our ongoing St Swithin's development. We are pleased to have raised over £250 for the charity!

Final Plots Hand Over at Carleton Road Skipton
This week we have handed over the final plots at our Carleton Road project in Skipton for Yorkshire Housing.
The Ellerwood development provides a range of 109 two-to-five-bedroom homes which include energy-efficient features and glorious views across the Skipton countryside. We have delivered the project over numerous phases with many of the homes now occupied.
Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2023
It's National Apprenticeship Week and Termrim are pleased to currently employ apprentices in site management, joinery, bricklaying, quantity surveying and design and technical roles through our partnership with EN:Able Futures.
Termrim secure new contract with Care UK
Following the successful completion of our Oakfield Croft Care Home development in Sale, Termrim Construction have been appointed to complete a further Care UK scheme at Oteley Road, Shrewsbury.
The new facility, known as Oxbow Manner, will provide permanent and short-term residential care for up to 80 residents. The luxury provision also offers specialist dementia care.
