    • Supporting local charities, foodbanks and community initiatives through donations, fundraising and volunteering

    • Delivering practical improvements for residents, including repairs, landscaping, material donations and local enhancements

    • Hosting community events, drop-in sessions and “Meet the Contractor” engagement activities

    • Working closely with residents and stakeholders throughout construction to minimise disruption and maximise local benefit

    • Embedding social value requirements within our supply chain, including apprenticeships, training and community initiatives

    Ensuring responsible procurement through pre-qualification, performance monitoring and alignment with our social value objectives

  • Sustainability is embedded in our delivery, with a clear focus on reducing environmental impact and supporting long-term carbon reduction.

    • Delivering project-specific Environmental Management Plans to minimise impact during construction

    • Achieving high waste diversion rates (typically 99%+), with a commitment to reducing waste to landfill

    • Implementing biodiversity initiatives including wildlife habitats, planting and ecological protection measures

    • Operating in line with our Carbon Reduction Plan, supporting our pathway to Net Zero and reducing emissions across our operations

    • Using energy-efficient site setups, low-impact materials and sustainable construction methods

    • Supporting environmental awareness through training, toolbox talks and partnerships with organisations such as the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust
