Project Update: Sugar Hill, Oulton

Progress Update! Our site team and supply chain are making excellent progress at Sugar Hill, our regeneration project for Leeds Federated Housing Association that's transforming the former Airey homes in Oulton into a modern, energy-efficient community — delivered through the Efficiency North Framework.

Handovers are already well underway, with residents moved into completed homes across Phase 1a, 1b and 1c, while work continues at pace on Phase 2, where foundations and superstructure are now progressing. The show home is on track for completion by the end of June, giving prospective residents their first look at the finished product.

It's brilliant to see the development coming together and residents returning to this long standing community.
