Wildspur Mills, Holmfirth

Wildspur Mills was a joint venture project between Termrim Construction and our development arm, A Patrick Development Ltd. Set within approximately 20 acres of woodlands and grounds in the picturesque Holme Valley, this transformative development converted a much-desired historic mill site into a luxury residential community, blending the charm of its heritage with contemporary living.

The project featured a range of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses and apartments. The new apartments were designed to take full advantage of the stunning location, offering private balconies with breath-taking views.

As part of the development, Termrim Construction Ltd undertook the meticulous conversion of the two main four-story mill buildings, the former weaving sheds, and ancillary structures. The result was a seamless integration of historic architectural elements with modern design and amenities.

The project also incorporated significant ecological enhancements, including improved footpaths, comprehensive landscaping programs, and tree management initiatives, ensuring the preservation and enhancement of the natural beauty surrounding the estate.
