Valley Drive, Ilkley

Termrim Construction completed a development of 56 extra care apartments in Ilkley for Methodist Homes.

The Valley Drive project, which had a contract value of £6.2 million, involved the construction of a three-storey new build extra care scheme on the site of the former Ilkley Middle School.

It provided a mix of one and two bedroom apartments for sale with 24-hour care for residents over the age of 60.

The scheme also provided residents with communal facilities, including bistro dining, lounges, library, internet rooms, beauty salons and communal gardens.
