Mickle Hill is Termrim Construction’s largest contract to date; the development consists of 168 new homes on an 11 acre site close to the centre of Pickering in North Yorkshire.

The village style development provides 24/7 on site care by MHA Care Group for residents over the age of 60, and offers a mix of tenure, with homes for sale, rent and shared ownership.
